A special issue of European Rubber Journal, the Global Tyre Report is published every year in the autumn. This is a major update on the world tyre industry and features in-depth analyses of its most important aspects. This site has a page listing the contents of the most recent issue, covering 1996/7. You can obtain a copy by using our order form. The next edition is due for publication in October.A large part of the September issue of ERJ is devoted each year to the European Tyre Report. The 1997 edition is now available.

Many readers contact us in search of addresses of tyre manufacturers, and this site offers a list (48 KB file) of manufacturers. While it doesn't list every tyre plant in the world, it does list the headquarters of every tyre manufacturer that we know about.For readers wanting locations of tyre plants, we have produced three tyre maps covering Europe, the USA, and the Pacific regions.
We also have a list of DOT codes for the world's tyre plants on this site.
Crain also organises the TyreTech conferences. Books of papers from some previous conferences are available in limited numbers.
